Dear Parents and Students,

By the time you read this our U12 and U14 NECIS Basketball teams will have started their tournament and are hopefully enjoying their games. For those parents/spectators travelling, we hope you enjoy the games and you will be requested to produce an ID card to enter the school. For those spectators not travelling you can view some of the games live streamed here: https://www.ash.nl/podium/default.aspx?t=135082&uplid=735010572

Last weekend our JV Girls and JV Boys Basketball teams returned from their respective tournaments as Champions after an undefeated weekend of games for both teams. Congratulations and we hope they benefit from the tournament experience that will aid their performances at the NECIS tournaments next weekend.

NECIS Swimming

We all look forward to hosting 300+ swimmers next weekend for the NECIS Swim Championships. Thank you to those parents who have volunteered to help officiate at the meet on Saturday and Sunday, we could not do it without you. If there are any parents able to volunteer time to officiate please contact us at sports@islux.lu.

Valuables in changing rooms

Students have been reminded in PE classes and Sports practices this last week about not bringing valuables to the changing rooms. All students have a locker in the main building and their valuables remain there throughout the school day.

In the Community

If there are any JV or V soccer players at ISL who would be interested going to a Boys Soccer College Showcase Camp, there is one on 26-28 May 2017 at Bitburg, Germany. You can find more information here; http://soccercampeurope.wixsite.com/soccercampeurope
