myISL Parent Portal
myISL Parent Portal is the first source of ISL-related information for parents. You will find there:
- Calendar & Events information
- News & Blogs
- Documents & Policies
- Staff directory & Contact Information
- Information about the Board of Governors
- Information about activities beyond the classroom (extracurricular activities, Sports etc.)
- etc.
myISL Parent Portal also acts as a central hub and gives you easy access to any other school related software or service:
- iSams
- School Life Account
- Atlas Rubicon
- etc.
The Portal's homepage will provide content tailored to your needs. Information on the homepage is filtered based on user profiles so that you can focus on what matters to you. For example a parent with only a child in Lower School will see different calendar information or news than a parent with only a child in Upper School or a parent with children in both sections of the school.
Where can I find my login and password?
Every parent receives an unique username via
email from the Admissions office. Your unique
password will be sent via a text message,

email address.

iSams (Student Information System)
iSams is ISL's Student Information System. It can be used to:
- Update contact information
- Track student attendance
- View reports cards
- View specific class schedules for your children
- Sign up for Fall, Winter, Spring sports programmes

Rubicon Atlas
Atlas Rubicon (Upper School Curriculum Mapping Tool)
The password can be found on myISL Parent Portal.
Atlas Rubicon is ISL’s Upper School curriculum mapping tool. This website allows students and parents access to our curriculum maps, course overviews and IB/IGCSE syllabi. Curriculum mapping is a collaborative process. Teachers work in teams to design standards-based units of study that incorporate knowledge and skills which support our ISL Student Profile in contexts that are challenging, thought-provoking and reflective.
While we hope that you will view these maps as valuable tools for understanding what our students are learning, they are merely outlines and do not capture the rich, multi-dimensional curricula we teach. At the heart of every unit is a commitment to ensure that students derive understanding, collaborate and make connections through integrating new knowledge with existing knowledge as they learn.
At ISL, we use the Understanding by Design unit writing framework (Wiggins and McTighe). From their conception, units of study are designed with the desired results in mind. The curriculum maps that you can view will display the Stage 1 Desired Outcomes of the unit plan. As you peruse the curriculum maps, we hope that you will view them as valuable tools for understanding the basis from which our students are learning.

Seesaw (Lower School Student Portfolio)
What is Seesaw?
- A digital portfolio that collects students' digital and physical work in one place. Everything is organized, making assessment and congerences easier.
- A space that each student can own. Built-in tools make it easy for students to capture their learning, reflect and develop new skills.
- A parent communication tool that seamlessly shares what's going on in your classroom and builds a strong school-home community
Where can I find my login and password?
Login information will be sent by your child's teacher in the Lower School.
Schoology
Schoology
Schoology is a Learning Management System, available via a website and an app that teachers and students can use to share information, resources, and files. It is designed to provide a digital medium to enhance classroom interactions and support webpage and content creation as well as collaboration. Teachers use Schoology to post their classroom materials online; provide a safe forum for students to discuss their ideas and collaborate on projects; and to assign and collect homework electronically. It helps students stay organised and it keeps the class connected.
A Schoology Parent Account gives you access to:
- The classes your child is enrolled in.
- Your child’s upcoming assignments.
- School and class announcements.
Schoology makes it easy for parents to stay involved in their children’s education.
