Course Offerings - Middle School

At the core of the broad, balanced curriculum on offer in these grades, you will find English, social studies, science and mathematics. In addition to that, students engage in an extensive programme of language acquisition that may include French, German, Spanish and/or English as an Additional Language.  Arts education comes through visual arts, music and theatre lessons and there is a full programme of PE and Health.  Students develop digital literacy through specialist instruction and support through the 1:World Laptop scheme and children’s personal, social and emotional well-being is ensured through the Homeroom, Advisory, Counselling and CASCADE programme.  Building on the strengths they have developed in the Lower School as they enter Grade 6, by the time students complete Grade 8, they are well-set for success in the High School grades.
