For Prospective Applicants to ISL

Once you have submitted the Online Enquiry and Application Form, you will see a checklist of required supplements. Please find them listed below for information.

Required Documents

Early Years (age 3-5)

Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €300
Teacher Recommendation Form
Copy of most recent crèche or day care, or school reports
English translation required if not originally written in English; unofficial translation acceptable
Copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate and Identification Page of Passport
Copy of both parents/legal guardians Identification Page of Passport
(For legal guardians, please include documentation for legal guardianship)

Kindergarten (ages 5+)

Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €300
Teacher Recommendation Form
Copy of Most Recent School Reports (3 years when possible)
English translation required if not originally written in English; unofficial translation acceptable
Copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate and Identification Page of Passport
Copy of both parents/legal guardians Identification Page of Passport

Grades 1-6 (ages 6-11)

School Administrator’s Academic Form
Teacher Recommendation Form
Copy of Most Recent School Reports (3 years when possible)

Student's Handwritten Writing Example
Copy of the applicant’s Birth Certificate and Identification Page of Passport
Copy of both parents/legal guardians Identification Page of Passport

Grades 7-12 (ages 12-18)

Teacher Recommendation Form (Math or Science Teacher)
Teacher Recommendation Form (English or Social Studies Teacher)

We will contact you to schedule a visit and interview with your child once we have received your Online Application Form and the required application documents listed above.
