We encourage families to fill out our Online Application Form at your family's convenience within one year of the intended enrolment date. Please follow the Admissions Application Timeline.

Grades EY3 - Grade 11: Guidelines pertaining to a child’s age and his or her appropriate ISL grade placement can be found here. Exceptions to these guidelines are only made on rare occasions and are considered on an individual basis.

Children must be 3 years old on or before August 31 of their entry year in order to join our Early Years. There are no exceptions to this age requirement.

Grade 12: Due to the continuous nature of our two year International Baccalaureate (IB) programme, we are unable to accept students who are new to the IB and interested in enroling in Grade 12. Any applicant for Grade 12 who is currently enroled in an IB programme at another school should contact our Admissions Office prior to submitting an application to discuss the possibility of a transfer to ISL.

We look forward to meeting and interviewing every applicant as part of the admissions process either on campus or via video conference. Students applying for Grades 1-12 will also be asked to sit for age appropriate testing.

Families who have not yet decided if they would like to apply to ISL may schedule a pre-application tour by filling out the Online Application Form.

Families who have decided to apply to ISL may schedule a tour on the same day as their interview and child's testing. These appointments can be made once we have received the completed Online Application Form and Required Application Documents.

Families applying for the upcoming school year for Early Years 3 and Early Years 4, who have finished the application process by end January, will receive an admissions decision mid February. Families applying for the upcoming school year for Kindergarten - Grade 12, who have finished the application process by end March, will receive an admissions decision mid April.

Families who complete their application process after the February and April admissions decisions round, will in general receive the admissions decision 7-10 school days after completion of the application process.

We aim to share admissions decisions for families applying for mid-semester and immediate entry within 7-10 school days after they have completed the application process.

The enrolment of accepted applicants is secured through the payment of a Registration Fee to be made within one week of the date of acceptance for the ongoing school year, or within 2 weeks for the next school year.

This is a one-time only payment that is separate from tuition fees. Accepted applicants will receive an invoice for the Registration Fee.

On occasion, due to temporary space constraints, we will need to accept a candidate and put him or her in a waiting pool. Under these circumstances,we work closely with families in the waiting pool and are often able to contact them within a short period of time to offer them an opening in their grade level.

Learning support is provided by specialist teachers across the school for students with mild learning difficulties to meet individual needs in accessing the curriculum.
