Entry Fees

ENTRY FEES – One time fees – non refundable – per student
All entry fees will be allocated to the ISL Building Fund.

Annual Fees

Please note that these fees benefit from and include the Luxembourg State Subsidy for private schools and require approval from the Ministry of Education.

(*) If a child attends the pre-school afternoon programme for fewer than 4 afternoons a week, the related tuition will be pro-rated.

A non-refundable tuition deposit will be required each following year to secure a place. This deposit is payable at re-enrolment and is credited to the full tuition. € 750


Payment details

Payments should be made by bank transfer to account n° LU39 0030 0613 5484 0000 at the BGL-BNP Paribas S.A. (Swift/BIC code : BGLLLULL). Please include any bank charges. A minimum of 67% of the tuition is to be paid by 01 August and the remainder by 01 January. The school reserves the right to charge interest on past-due accounts.

The enrolment of a student is an individual contract between the parents and the school regardless of any arrangement parents may have with their employer concerning the payment of the school fees for their children.



Early withdrawal or cancellation of registration

Formal written notification of withdrawal, addressed to the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), must be received by registered mail, at least two months in advance of the actual date of departure. Any month started is considered fully attended. Any outstanding balance at the time of departure will result in the school records being withheld.

In the event that the school is constrained, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, to close its premises, tuition fees and other fees shall not be reimbursed.

Late entries

If a pupil is registered to start during the academic year, a 10% tuition reduction from the annual tuition will be granted for each full calendar month the student is not registered.
