The school is organised into two divisions: Lower School and Upper School. Each division comprises two sections; entry level for students corresponds to their age as of 31 August.

Admissions Procedure
- Parents submit an enrolment application form for each child along with all of the supporting documentation listed below:
- Completed and signed Application for Enrolment form per applicant
- Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €250 (see bank instructions below)
- Copy of birth certificate or identification page of passport
- Official school records of the applicant's attendance, marks, and test scores from all previous school(s) attended
- Completed Confidential Academic Information forms
- Completed Teacher Recommendation forms
- Completed Student Writing sample (students aged 8 and up)
- Completed and signed Student Information and Health History forms
- Completed Language Background Survey
- Interviews between the family and members of the school's administration must be scheduled and completed.
- Placement testing in English and Mathematics is required in the Upper School for all new applicants and is generally done on the same day as the interview.
- An admissions decision will be taken by the school's administration and the family will be notified as soon as possible as to the outcome of the application.
Admissions decisions cannot be taken until the entire application process (paperwork, interviews and placement testing) has been completed.
Visits to the school are scheduled through the .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). The Administrative Assistant for Admissions takes families on a tour of the facilities and answers general questions about the school and its programmes.
Families who have submitted all the necessary admissions documents then meet with the Admissions Manager for an interview and placement testing if required. At this time parents have an opportunity to raise specific questions about their child's enrolment and possible programme of study. Families should plan to spend about an hour at the school for a tour and interview and approximately 2.5 hours for a tour, interview and placement testing.
Due to the limited number of spaces available in the school, prospective families are encouraged to submit admissions applications as early as possible.
Note: After a thorough review of the school records, academic information and teacher recommendations from previous school(s), some applicants for admission may be asked to take further assessment tests (either internal or external to the school) before an admissions decision may be taken.
Registration Procedure
Registration of successful applicants is secured through the payment of a Registration fee of €900. In addition, as of 01 September 2007, all new students joining the school are required to pay a one-time Captial fee of €1,000. Successful applicants will receive invoices for the Registration and Capital fees.
Fees should be paid by bank transfer to the school's account at Fortis Banque Luxembourg IBAN account: LU39 0030 0613 5484 0000 - SWIFT (Bic) code: BGLL LULL. The transfer should clearly indicate the name of the student(s) being registered. Bank charges must be included in the amount being transferred.
Finally, a "Physical Examination Form" must be completed by a qualified physician and returned to the school once an applicant starts at the school.
Invoices for tuition will be sent in July and families are required to pay a minimum of 67% of the total amount due by 01 August. Families choosing to pay 67% will be expected to pay the remaining 33% on 01 January.
