Required Documents for Pre-School (Age 3+)
- Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €250
- Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form (if applicable)
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Identification Page of Passport
- Student Information and Health History Form
- Pre-School Afternoon Programme - Registration Form (optional)
- Copy of Immunisation Card
Required Documents for K1 (Age 4+) and K2 (Age 5+)
- Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €250
- Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Identification Page of Passport
- Student Information and Health History Form
- Copy of Immunisation Card
Required Documents for Grades 1-2
- Proof of transfer of a non-refundable application fee of €250
- Confidential School Administrator’s Academic Form
- Confidential Teacher Recommendation Form
- Copy of Most Recent School Reports (2 years when possible)
English translation required when necessary; unofficial translation acceptable. - Copy of Birth Certificate or Identification Page of Passport
